Here are a few things to check out:

  • Ensure your VR device is connected to WiFi. We recommend speeds of at least

    20 Mbps.

  • Make sure you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.

  • Check your device software. Are there updates available? If so, please update your device to the latest software version. After the update is complete, you can power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.

  • Perform a speed test of your WiFi connection through your computer or mobile device. Please send the results in a screenshot to us at support@tripp.com.

  • If none of the above solutions resolve your issue, please uninstall TRIPP from your library, power cycle your headset, and reinstall TRIPP.
