TRIPP is Not Launching

If TRIPP is not launching after the latest update, it is most likely a device-level issue. Follow these steps to resolve the problem:

1. Check for Software Updates

  • Ensure your device software is up-to-date. If an update is available, complete the installation and relaunch TRIPP.

2. Recommended Device Setup for Updates

  • To make sure your device receives the latest updates, keep it plugged in, turned on, connected to WiFi, and unobstructed for 6-12 hours.
