TRIPP is Not Launching
If TRIPP is not launching after the latest update, it is most likely a device-level issue. Follow these steps to resolve the problem:
1. Check for Software Updates
Ensure your device software is up-to-date. If an update is available, complete the installation and relaunch TRIPP.
2. Recommended Device Setup for Updates
To make sure your device receives the latest updates, keep it plugged in, turned on, connected to WiFi, and unobstructed for 6-12 hours.
