How to Upgrade to a Lifetime Membership
If you're currently subscribed to a Monthly or Annual TRIPP plan, follow these steps to upgrade to a Lifetime membership.
Overview of Lifetime Subscription Options: TRIPP offers two primary ways to access the Lifetime plan: - Upgrading from an annual subscription if you have an active TRIPP.com account. - Purchasing directly through the Meta App Store, typically after an existing Meta subscription has ended.
For Meta Premium Subscriptions
Step 1: Cancel your existing Monthly or Annual TRIPP subscription through the Meta platform.
Step 2: Wait until your current subscription period ends and is no longer active.
Step 3: Open the Meta App Store and search for "TRIPP."
Step 4: Select the Lifetime subscription option and install the app.
Step 5: Launch TRIPP and follow the on-screen prompts to accept TRIPP’s Health & Safety guidelines, create a TRIPP account, confirm details, and complete the purchase process via the Meta Store.
Troubleshooting: If you encounter a "Purchase Error," retry the payment, ensuring your Meta PIN and payment method are correct.
For TRIPP.com Premium Subscriptions
Step 1: Log in to TRIPP.com using your registered email and password.
Step 2: Purchase an annual subscription through TRIPP.com if you do not already have one.
Step 3: Submit a request to upgrade to the Lifetime membership. You will need to pay a one-time fee equal to the price difference between the Lifetime and annual subscription.
Step 4: Upon successful payment, your subscription will be upgraded to Lifetime, granting you permanent access without renewals.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds for Lifetime purchases.
