How do I cancel my membership?

You can change or cancel your annual or monthly membership at any time.

You can change or cancel your annual or monthly subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will still have access to TRIPP until your current billing period ends, and you will no longer be charged a subscription fee.

How to Update Your TRIPP Subscription

Subscriptions Purchased on TRIPP.com

  1. Sign in to your account at TRIPP.com.

  2. On your account page, select "manage subscription" and then you can:

    • Change your subscription plan (e.g., switch from Monthly to Annual).

    • Update your credit card details.

    • Cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions Purchased through the Meta Store

  • To manage subscriptions purchased via the Meta Store, visit the Meta support page for more details.

  • You can manage your subscription through the Meta mobile app or your Meta VR device.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

For Meta Premium Subscriptions

  • If you subscribed through Meta Premium, you can cancel via the Meta mobile app or your Meta VR device.

  • For step-by-step instructions, visit the Meta support page. If you need additional assistance, please contact Meta support.

For Subscriptions Purchased on TRIPP.com

  • TRIPP subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

  1. Log in to TRIPP.com with your registered email and password.

  2. Navigate to Update Subscription on your account page.

  3. You can cancel your subscription directly or update your account details using your existing credentials.
