What is Your Refund Policy?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable and are billed on a monthly or annual basis. However, refunds may be issued as a courtesy for TRIPP-managed subscriptions at TRIPP’s discretion. For Meta Store purchases, refunds are managed by Meta and are generally not available.

Canceling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your membership at any time.

  • After canceling, you will retain access to TRIPP until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be applied.- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • For subscriptions purchased through the Meta Store, cancellations must be managed via the Meta Quest mobile app or your VR headset.

Financial Hardship Exceptions

If you are experiencing financial hardship, we may consider exceptions. Please reach out to us at support@tripp.com.For subscriptions purchased through the Meta Store, refund requests must be submitted via Meta’s refund portal. Include proof of cancellation, such as a confirmation email or screenshot, to support your request.
