Please check your promotions folder in Gmail or your spam folder for the verification email. 

If it is not there, you can trigger a resend from the TRIPP Mobile app.

Then, just login into the Mobile App using the same credentials that you used to create your subscription account on tripp.com. Please do not create a new account in the mobile app.
