My Daily Focus or Calm TRIPP Experiences Are Not Updating
Let’s get this fixed! Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Your WiFi Connection

  • Make sure your VR device is connected to WiFi with speeds of at least 30 Mbps.

2. Update TRIPP and Device Software

  • Verify that you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.

  • Check for device software updates and install them if available.

  • After updating, power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Perform a WiFi Speed Test
