My Daily Focus or Calm TRIPP Experiences Are Not Updating
Let’s get this fixed! Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Your WiFi Connection
Make sure your VR device is connected to WiFi with speeds of at least 30 Mbps.
2. Update TRIPP and Device Software
Verify that you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.
Check for device software updates and install them if available.
After updating, power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.
3. Perform a WiFi Speed Test
Run a speed test on your WiFi connection using a computer or mobile device.
