This should only happen if you are not logged in properly or your network connection is not enabled properly.

Here are a few things to check out:

  • Ensure your Oculus is connected to WiFi

  • Make sure you are logged in to the TRIPP app.

  • Confirm you are seeing both FOCUS and CALM on the main menu. If you are not seeing this you are not logged in and the TRIPP demo will be the only thing you can run.

  • Run a Connect Speed test on your home wifi through your computer or mobile and screenshot /send the results back to us.
