Please go to the TRIPP settings menu (gear icon), select “clear cache,” and then quit the app and restart your device. We find that this usually resolves loading issues.
If you are still having loading issues after clearing the cache, you may need to update your device.
Here's how:
Turn on your Meta Quest, and put the headset on.
Press the Meta button on the right controller to open the menu bar.
Select the Quick Settings located at the left end of the menu bar, then select the Gear Icon (Settings) in the top right corner of the window that opens.
Select System
Scroll down the list of System settings and select Software Update
Select Download, Install, or Install Update.
If a software update is available, please complete it, making sure your device is on and plugged in. This should resolve this issue.
