I am having loading issues.

Here are tips to resolve loading issues.

Please go to the TRIPP settings menu (gear icon), select “clear cache,” and then quit the app and restart your device.

If you are still having loading issues after clearing the cache, you may need to update your device. If a software update is available, please complete it, making sure your device is on and plugged in. A best practice is to leave your device on, plugged in, connected to WiFi, and completely unobstructed to ensure your headset receives available updates.

If you find that neither of these options resolves your loading issue, please uninstall TRIPP from your library in VR, power cycle your device, and reinstall TRIPP, ensuring you have the latest version.
