Please go to the TRIPP settings menu and select “clear cache” and then quit the app and restart your device. We find that this usually resolves loading issues.
In your Oculus device please go to the settings section at the bottom of the Oculus menu (the gear icon on the far right), scroll down, and click the "About" button.
If a software update is available please complete it (your device must be plugged in). This should resolve this issue.
