I Am Having Loading Issues
Follow these steps to resolve loading problems:
1. Clear the Cache
Go to the TRIPP settings menu (gear icon) and select “Clear Cache.”
Quit the app and restart your device.
2. Update Your Device
If the issue persists, check for software updates and install them if available.
To ensure updates are applied, keep your device plugged in, connected to WiFi, and unobstructed.
3. Reinstall TRIPP
If you are still experiencing loading issues, uninstall TRIPP from your VR library, power cycle your device, and reinstall the latest version of TRIPP.
