My App is Crashing or Getting Stuck

We’re here to help! Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check Your WiFi Connection

  • Ensure your VR device is connected to WiFi with at least 30 Mbps speeds.

2. Update TRIPP and Device Software

  • Make sure you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.

  • Check for device software updates and install them if available.

  • After updating, power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Perform a WiFi Speed Test

4. Reinstall TRIPP

  • If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, uninstall TRIPP from your library, power cycle your headset and reinstall TRIPP.

Can I Access TRIPP Content Offline on the Mobile App or VR Headset?

Accessing TRIPP's guided meditations and other features may require online connectivity, depending on the device you are using. Below, we clarify offline and online content availability for both the TRIPP mobile app and VR headsets.

TRIPP Mobile App

The TRIPP mobile app requires an active internet connection to log in and stream all its content. It does not support offline functionality, even if you attempt to open the app while connected and then switch to airplane mode. Ensure that your device has a stable network connection to access the app’s features.

TRIPP VR Headset Content

Unlike the mobile app, some TRIPP VR headset content can be accessed offline through cached memory. For instance, regularly used features like Daily Calm and Focus may be available without an active internet connection after being cached on the device. Keep in mind that this offline caching is exclusive to VR headsets and does not apply to the mobile app.

Key Takeaways

  1. The TRIPP mobile app requires a constant internet connection to function.

  2. TRIPP VR headsets use cached memory for limited offline access, specifically for functions like Daily Calm and Focus.

By understanding the offline and online functionality of TRIPP services, you can plan accordingly to ensure uninterrupted usage.
