My App is Crashing or Getting Stuck


We’re here to help! Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check Your WiFi Connection

  • Ensure your VR device is connected to WiFi with at least 30 Mbps speeds.

2. Update TRIPP and Device Software

  • Make sure you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.

  • Check for device software updates and install them if available.

  • After updating, power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Perform a WiFi Speed Test

4. Reinstall TRIPP

  • If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, uninstall TRIPP from your library, power cycle your headset and reinstall TRIPP.
