My App is Crashing or Getting Stuck
We’re here to help! Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Your WiFi Connection
Ensure your VR device is connected to WiFi with at least 30 Mbps speeds.
2. Update TRIPP and Device Software
Make sure you have the latest version of TRIPP installed in your VR library.
Check for device software updates and install them if available.
After updating, power cycle your device and reload TRIPP to see if the issue is resolved.
3. Perform a WiFi Speed Test
Run a speed test on your WiFi connection using a computer or mobile device.
Send a screenshot of the results to support@tripp.com.
4. Reinstall TRIPP
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, uninstall TRIPP from your library, power cycle your headset and reinstall TRIPP.
