If you're experiencing problems with Kōkua, your issue may already be a known bug our engineering team is actively working on. In that case, the steps below are unlikely to help — and we don't want you to waste your time.

Troubleshooting Checklist
Follow these steps if you are experiencing issues with your TRIPP app. Most problems can be resolved by one of the steps below.
Steps to Resolve TRIPP App Issues:
Update to the Latest Version:
Check if you have the latest version of TRIPP installed. You can find this in the TRIPP settings menu.
Clear the Cache:
Go to the TRIPP settings menu, select "Clear Cache," then quit the app and restart your device.
Update Your VR Device Software:
In your VR device settings, check for any available software updates. Make sure your device is plugged in during the update.
Reinstall the TRIPP App:
Uninstall and reinstall the TRIPP app from your VR library.
