Two Ways to Engage: Just Chat and Meditate
Kōkua in TRIPP Mobile works two ways, and you can move between them anytime:
Just Chat: open, real-time conversation. Great when you want to talk something through or explore a feeling out loud.
Meditate: a personalized guided session with an AI-generated visual. Great when you want a meditation, affirmation, or reflection built just for you.
In TRIPP VR, Kōkua appears in a spatial environment for a deeper, more immersive experience.
Great for Just Chat Mode
Just Chat is perfect for everyday, conversational moments. Try things like:
Talking through a tough day: "I had a rough day at work. Can we talk about it?"
Working through a decision: "I have a big decision to make, and I'm feeling stuck. Can you help me work through it?"
Cheering up: "It's been a hard day. Help me cheer up."
Processing nerves: "I'm feeling nervous about a party tonight with people I don't know. Help me feel better about going."
Checking in with yourself: "I've been feeling kind of flat lately. Can we talk about what might be behind that?"
Great for Meditate Mode
Meditate mode is perfect for a fully generated guided session. Try things like:
Gratitude practice: "Guide me in a gratitude exercise to help me appreciate all the ___ I have in my life."
Learning to meditate: "Teach me how to meditate in the tradition of ___."
Releasing tension: "Can you create a meditation to help me release tension in my body?"
A bedtime story: "Tell me a story about a mystical hummingbird that leads me to a doorway where all my dreams have come true."
A grounding image: "Create a meditation about ___, and help me reflect on what they mean to me."
